Happy December! Winter weddings are in full swing on the Crystal Coast, and while Eastern North Carolina may not be the winter wonderland you picture around Christmastime, it truly is the most wonderful time of the year. Our comfortable climate and picturesque landscapes make the Crystal Coast your perfect destination for a beautiful winter wedding. The talented wedding professionals at Charming & Quaint and Jerrye Gordon Events have teamed up to provide some seasonal wedding inspiration, from striking china to evergreen centerpieces.
The visual appeal of this styled wedding came from layering different patterns and textures. With Charming & Quaint’s vast selection of vintage décor and china, as well as Jerrye Gordon’s eye for detail, wooden chargers were styled with pops of navy, green, and gold for the tablescape. Evergreen foliage sprinkled with pinecones and white roses made for an understated centerpiece on a canvas tablecloth.
Perhaps the best part of working with Charming & Quaint is the access to gorgeous vintage furniture, like the rustic bench and wooden farmhouse chairs for guests to gather around the table. Large wooden doors transformed the entrance to this barn, and a repurposed buffet became a hot chocolate bar to add a cozy, intimate touch.
